As winemakers, we are often asked the question: "Which of your wines sell the best?" This could well be a small indication of which wines from our range taste best. But it doesn't have to. Fortunately, taste is still something very individual. An answer to this question can still make the wine selection easier, especially if you haven't tried anything from us yet. Before another one is sold out: let's get started!

1 x dry white Burgundy (house wine at Adlon Berlin, if you don't know it: it's your own fault)

1 x Pinot Blanc & Chardonnay >>S<< dry (we are said to have a particularly good knack for aging wine in wooden barrels)

1 x PIN__ & Friends Rosé dry (rosé always works, not just in summer)

1 x Bechtheim Pinot Noir dry (really elegant, fine and structured)

1 x Riesling dry (None of our wines is as well known in Berlin as our sparkling Riesling. Don't be afraid of acid, it is very well buffered)

1 x cross & cross dry (a popular all-rounder, more of the round and velvety type)
